Refund and Cancellation Policy

Altrr Software Services Limited ("We", "Us", "tryThat.ai", "Company", “Service Provider” or "Our", which shall mean and include its affiliates, successors and assigns) and ("User", “Subscriber”, "You" or "Your", which shall mean and include, where the context so requires, its legal heirs and representatives).

1.1 General Terms and Conditions:

  • “Subscription Fees” means the non-refundable fee charged by the Service Provider at the time of registration of their real estate portfolio.
  • “Service Fees” includes fees other than the Subscription Fees payable to receive Services of such other professionals and/or subject matter experts for the real estate portfolio of the Subscriber by way of raising tickets on the Website of the Service Provider.

It is the sole responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record-keeping purposes, which might assist in the resolution of any disputes that may arise out of or from the usage of the Services.

The Subscriber agrees that, to the extent required or permitted by law, tryThat.ai may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security-related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.

If the Subscriber wants to change the Services subscribed for to a different one, then the Subscriber must request this change of service within 5 (five) working days of initial subscription. The Service Provider may in its discretion decide to accept or reject such a request.

1.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • The subscription/purchase of a license to use any tryThat.ai Services is final once the Subscriber has registered and paid the amount due. Subscription Fees shall not be refunded other than in exceptional circumstances, such as:
    • Multiple debiting of Subscriber’s Card/Bank Account due to a technical error.
    • Subscriber's account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error. In such cases, only the excess amount over the subscription charge would be refunded.
  • If a technical error causes the payment to be charged on the Subscriber’s Card/Bank Account but the registration on that first attempt was unsuccessful, the Subscriber will be given the option to reattempt the registration process or apply for a refund of the full amount.
  • The amount paid by the Subscriber to receive the Services of professionals and/or subject matter experts may be refunded by the Service Provider upon cancellation of the Service after deducting cancellation charges of completed service fees plus payments made to government entities and third parties.
  • Application for refund of the Service Fee must be made within a period of 3 (three) days, and any cancellation of the Services post this period will not be eligible for refund.
    • If a promotional code provided by tryThat.ai is used to subscribe to the Services, the amount under such a promotional code shall not be refunded in any case.
  • No refunds will be made for Subscription Fees paid by mistake.

Refund Procedure: The Subscriber will have to make an application for a refund of Subscription/Service Fees on the Website of the Service Provider. The application for a refund of Service Fees will be scrutinized by the Service Provider, and after verification, if the claim is valid, the amount due will be refunded to the Subscriber within a reasonable period of time. The refund may be issued to:

  • The bank account provided by the Subscriber for such a refund.
  • The payment instrument from which the payment was made.
  • Any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Subscriber.

tryThat.ai shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the options above. Subscribers can expect to receive the refund within 15 (fifteen) working days from the request date of the refund of Service Fees.

Upon cancellation of Service, the documents in electronic form on the Website of the Service Provider shall be archived within a period of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation by the Subscriber. The archived Data may be used for the retention of the User or if the User resubscribes.

The refund process of a fee may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Services. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website.
